First problem was when I was suddenly given an eviction notice as another $20 per month was being tacked on to my rent which was not stated in my lease. Apartment manager said it was for the water bill but this was the first I had heard of it. I paid under protest. Second problem I had was with the heat in my apartment. The problem was that there was no heat! I was told the heat was working fine, but when it's a -3 degree day and the temp in my apartment is 40 degrees, which is not okay. I spent the winter warming myself over the oven as well as keeping a fire going. Also, due to the poor insulation/lack of heat, I had to move my bed from my bedroom to the living room just so I was warm enough to sleep. I was unable to live in my bedroom for four months out of my lease due to it being so cold.

Another problem I had right away - the day I was due to move in the apartment wasn't ready! I had stuff ready to move in only to find out that nothing had been done to the apartment and that it would not be ready for another ten days!

You have to pay $10 to use the pool/jacuuzi (only works half the time), the crappy weight room, as well as the saunas that never worked.

I also had a problem with some sort of animal living in my roof. Never removed and there were visable urine stains showing up on the walls etc.

All in all, unless this is the only place you can get an apartment, I suggest going else where. The office staff is unhelpful, I was threatened over a payment that wasn't even in the lease, and the class of people living in the complex overall is rather... scary.

your obviosly not the sharpest crayon in the box if you spent the winter warming yourself by the oven of your apartment because the heater didnt work and it serves you right. most intelligent people would call a lawyer or hell call the news they would love that story... yea your story is way too far fetched and if its true...your a retard
