I'm amazed at some of the comments here. I lived in this complex for over four years previously, and recently moved back. The apartments could use some maintenance, and the appliances aren't current, but it's a great value in this part of town. Management is doing a good job in addressing my requests, and the grounds are generally well maintained. The trees are very nice, too. I like Whispering Hills, and can't imagine alot of what I've read here being true. The previous management (circa 2001) did a rotten job, but the current group has done much, much better.
