I looked everywhere and this was by far the best deal around for a free carport and washer and dryer connections. if i had to rent a washer and dryer from them it would be too expensive, but i have my own so its perfect. i like that its right next to a park down the street and 69 hwy is right here. soo for those of you who dont like it
