I've lived here for four months and it's pretty awesome so far. I haven't had any problems with neighbors or management. Nothing is falling apart and there aren't any bugs or spiders. All the appliances work. The buildings are a little older, so don't expect everything to be in amazing shape (like the linoleum floors are a little yellow, and the dishwashers are old).
