Way over priced but I guess it's mostly due to the area. The apartments are cheap. Management is okay. I'm trying to find a new place because paying this much ISN'T worth it.

Ok every apartment comes with crappy neighbors. If you could give some reason for your bad ratings that actually has something to do with the apartments, that would be really helpful.
