I love that I get a car port...that is the only positive thing about this place. The leasing agents are ignorent, the maintence people just "fix" things...as much as you pay, you would think they would be fixed correctly. Trying to keep my apartment warm is unheard of. This place is just unbelievable for what you pay and the neighbor hood that you are in. The walls are VERY THIN, I hear everything! 1/2 the apartments look decent on the outside the other half looks like crap. The professionalism from the office staff...oh wait, there is not professionalism.

I've lived here for three years and haven't had any problems with maintenance they have fixed everything i've asked. If you wan't quite try getting a house oh wait if you could aford it you wouldn't be here.

To Mr. or Mrs. Anonymous: I believe you've never had a problem with maintenance, mainly because you work for the Whispering Hills. So please give this customer some credit, you know he/she is telling the truth. I lived there 3 years myself, so I know what he/she is talking about, and I agree 100% that the free carport is the only good thing about this place.

I am so pissed right now. My heater has broke 2 times since winter. As I type, I don't have any warm water and the "on site repair guy" has already stopped and said it would work but it is not. I have had a bug problem, and had to buy traps myself. I am pissed off and the apt. management, Signature will be hearing from me.

Whispering Hills is run by slum lords!!! I have been here a year and have had nothing but problems with my unit and the staff. I have been lied to over and over again. They are sleazy and the only thing good about the apartment is the location. That is it! Even the carports are tiny, you've got to drive a smart car to fit or else you'll mess your bumper up trying to park next to your neighbor and in between the poles. Do NOT rent from here whatever you do!! I am moving asap!
