Q: What are the ratings for Lakes at Lionsgate and Bella Palazzo apartments?
A: I'm not sure of the exact ratings. I used to live in the Lakes at Lionsgate. Their quality of service has really gone down hill which is unfortunate. It's a nice area to live in. I would warn you that a good move in special usually means a big increase the following year. I lived there 2.5 years - renewed my lease twice. With those 2 renewals, my rent increased $140 from when I moved in. Also, beware that they charge high fees when you move out. I had a stain on the carpet the size of my hand (or smaller) and I was charged over $200. I had some really good neighbors but other than that, I feel it's overpriced for the service you receive.
