Helpful & Friendly Hospitality was Great!!
Always greeted with a friendly smile and hello.
Maintenance was prompt and even helped jump start my car.
My stay was less than 6 months due to job relocation. The only suggestion I would have would be for a doorbell as I couldn't hear people knocking

Don't Rent Here Management is slow to respond to maintenece issues which at times are urgent (flooding in my apartment from rain on two occasions).
I also was charged $125 for carpet cleaning of pet stains which the carpet company and Deer Creek Management refused to provide me documentation
