Other than my roomate's vehicle getting broken into and cleaned out at night when it was parked next to the building, we have been trying to get in contact with maintenance to fix several problems that occured several months ago and are still a problem. Due to the growing cockroach population and mold from a serious leak that has been reported several times and yet still ignored and is now a health hazard, we are being forced to move to a different location and will have to break our contract with University Commons. According to our doctor, because of our asthma around the growing mold problem, we have to vacate the premises immediately. I am worried this will probably put a mark on our names and our security deposit will be held without question. Being college students, this is one situation I feel is beyond our control.
