University Commons 2007-2008 hasn't been too bad. When I first moved in I noticed that there were roaches. I told the office and they said they'd sprayed, I didn't see any difference. So I took care of that myself with Borax--now bug free. The office managers were kind and would answer any concerns. The apartment I had was a one bedroom all bills paid, get to control the temperature. The apartment do get stuffy or frigid cold depending on the seasons. I tend to moderate it by running the heat at about 65 and the air conditioning low. Considering the pricing of these apartments vs the ones in the cities elsewhere I think these were worth it. Some of the one bedrooms are super small, I had to haggle them to see every place. Oh yea, the laundry facilities are pitiful so I suggest going to the laundry mat.
