I was shown a one bed one bath. the minute you walk into the building, it smells really odd and kinda gross. okay well the apartment was extremely tiny, and old looking. the carpet was coming up, but for the price and all bills included, i figured that i could deal with it. it looked clean enough and i was pretty much desperate because it was close to the beginning of the semester and everything else had been taken. so we went ahead and took it.We came over that weekend to move in and walked into the apartment. it was disgusting. there were dead roaches EVERYWHERE. not to mention roach piss and ---- all over the cabinets and the kitchen area. I guess they ahd sprayed and forgot to clean up before we moved in. We noticed the carpet kind of pulled up and my boyfriend looked along the baseboards and saw about a hundred dead roaches lined up(no joke). not to mention the crappy window unit area and heat. This place is disgusting and roach infested. after finally getting a hold of the people, they tried to offer me a bigger apartment for the same price, but i refused. needless to say, we got our money back and went elsewhere. These places are not worth the money. even if they have "good deals" for college students. I found a way better, clean apartment even closer to campus for a pretty good price. It's true, you get what you pay for. don't waste your time or money. DO NOT RENT from these people.
