Good for social people - The interior is nice with carpet in the living room and bedrooms. Kitchen and bathrooms have linoleum floors. Kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. No laundry hook-ups but there is a laundry room on site. When I moved in, everything but the dishwasher was in good working order and the dishwasher was taken care of promptly.
