Manager put in by newer management company has ruined the entire complex. She has run off the office staff, maintenance staff and now all of the really decent, long term residents. She has a mean, nasty attitude and appears not to care about any of the residents or the property. The entire property has gone downhill under her regime, she has currently been turned into Praiire Village for massive code violations and P.V. is working to help the residents.
