I have been in Corinth Paddock for 3 years. I am leaving because they keep raising the rent by huge amounts every year. However the community was nice and I liked living there.
I moved in before the management change and originally they were very nice. However now they have such turnover that the people I come into contact with are always in training without any one else there. They are generally nice but not very helpful because they have no idea what is going on.
The few things I needed maintenance to do I never had a problem with. Bug problems were quickly taken care of. There is not much parking. Appliances were very good. All in all it was a good place to live, it is just expensive.
