I would not recommend this apartment complex to any of my friends. These apartments have problems with water leaks, old appliances and the air conditioning units are inefficient and not energy saving. The windows leak heat in the summer and water in the winter and you can barely see through the fogged windows in the winter.
The office and the maintenance staff are incompetent and unprofessional and they prefer to put a "Band-Aid" instead of trying to fix the real problem. Their attitude is very negative as well.
There are no fitness amenities except tennis courts. I have been told that the tennis court lights have been out for over a year. It seems incredible that it takes a year to fix lights. Certainly shows the poor and cheap quality of workmanship.
The location of these apartments is great but I would not recommend anybody to move in. You can certainly get more quality apartment and better, customer oriented professional service for less money elsewhere.

I wish I would have read reviews such as this before I moved in, because they are indeed correct. From the office & maintenance staff being incompetent and unprofessional, to the general maintenance attitude a "Band-Aid", instead of trying to fix the real problem. It's very frustrating and I don't see there being change anytime soon.
