I have lived here since 10/05. I agree completley with the other reviews of this complex- poor management, units which are old, and not kept up. the biggest thing for me is the mgmt, who i recently discovered lost my $400 deposit and has no record of it. i will definitley not be renewing my lease, and am seriously considering breaking it, in favor of finding a better, much more cost-effective solution. also, the rent is outrageous, esp for a 1-br. i pay $810 because unfortunatley i did not come in during one of the ridiculous "specials".
