I have lived at Corinth Place and the other day a lady asked where I lived. She asked me if I had met her neighbor who was moved from her apartment because of the severe mold in her first floor apartment. These apartments are known for flooding, having severe mold and you have to sign a mold addendum to move in. These apartments are outdated and are not worth 800-1200.00 a month. If you are looking for customer service, this is NOT the place to be.

I lived at Corinth Place Apts for 12 years, had a two bedroom for 10 year with my daughter and two years in a one bedroom.I lived on the second floor and with both apartments severe flooding from broken pipes in the walls flooded all the first floor apartments and the mold was everywhere. Because of a diagnosis of breast cancer and mold and the immune system, the unprofessional management, poor maintenance, bathtub swimming pool which was always dirty, I finally moved after 12 years to Overland Park, have a beautiful apartment and $200.00 cheaper. I raised my children in Prairie Village and it is a wonderful location but I would not recommend any Corinth properties. When I moved out of my one bedroom I was payiing $775.00 and $27.50 a month for water, sewer and trash.
