Take what the 2 previous postings have said and do not rent from Corinth. The group of 4 units (Place, Paddock, Gardens, and Mission Valley) were purchased by Allstate management and it has gone downhill ever since. Rent is sky high for the area (more than $1 per sq ft). Long time tenants have been moving out by the truckload. The management is very brass and very defensive and will not do anything unless you put it in writing. And watch out - if you demand that they comply with Kansas Tenant's Rights, they will make your stay there VERY unpleasant.....to include rental increases are are 20-35% higher than your current rent, all within a few days of renewing your lease which leaves you NO CHOICE but to stay.

Pretty on the outside,I had peeling paint in the shower and tub, cabnet doors that were not attached well, counter tops were painted...outdated and run down, but move in specials are great..lol The managment is not helpful, must give 60 days notice to move out, but didn't notify me that they were raising the rent untill same month my lease was up. overchared last months rent saying they can charge fair market value(170 dollars more that amount stated in the lease agreement), but in the lease says they have to give 30 days notice, but they didnt...and just kept that amount out from my deposit.Renter beware!
