The management for the Corinth apartments (Paddock, Place, etc.) is horrible! They are rude, rude, rude and unprofessional. Several of my neighbors received unsubstantiated letters, stating that they owed upwards of $1,000 in "back-rent". If not paid, they would be evicted in 3 days! I got a phone call once, stating that I owed $540 in unpaid rent over the past 3 years. My bank statements and lease will prove that's not true! Take my advice, stay away.
