I would recommend this apartment. However, you definitely get what you pay for.

I felt VERY safe here and parking was never an issue. There is a lot to do around these apartments. There is a great KU bar and grill called Johnnys that we went to a lot. It s close to other restaurants and 2 grocery stores. One of the biggest problems we had was we didn t realize how far away it was from the highway. That really became a problem but we just didn t think about it.

The apartments themselves are pretty nice. However, the carpet is very cheap same with the counters in the kitchen. In our apartment the dishwasher broke and never got fixed as well as you couldn t open the dishwasher without having the fridge open which was really weird.

They have tube lights in the family room that they said they d come out and put new ones in but never did.

The management is like any other management at an apartment complex. Not very reliable.

If you move here DO NOT use the washer and dryer on the site. They are horrible, expensive and don t work. Clothes don t get washed/dried, it eats your money, overflows. We just went to a laundry mat in Mission and it worked out well.

We had a problem with the garbage disposal getting clogged and actually started overflowing in the bathroom .have no idea how that happened but it did. The water pressure was really low so we put a different on a different shower head and that helped a lot. We had a huge problem with the heat bill in the winter. Just make sure you watch it. The basement (where the water heater is) had a broken window so that s why it was so expensive! They did come out and fix it though when we asked.

I would recommend this apartment to someone. BUT like I said you do get what you pay for. But it s good and cheap and most importantly safe. We are not renewing our lease because we want somewhere that s closer to the highway and somewhere that has a washer and dryer! BUT they really aren't that bad and I would recommend them!

This review must be about one of the other Corinth properties because Corinth Place does not have basements or laundry rooms.

That's true. At Corinth Place, there is no shared laundry room.

Even though this review was about a property other than Corinth Place, it is still managed by the same office of inept people. They like to call themselves leasing professionals. Ha. What a laugh.
