The maintenance was ridiculous. They either never showed up or when they did they did a shoddy job and left quickly. The staff is friendly enough to placate you, but they also never follow through. Yes, the area is very safe, but it's not worth the pain of having to very nearly call every day to get things done. I came from a 100% rated apartment, so myabe it's my own doing to have expected something good from this experience. My lease is up and I am thrilled to be leaving. They raised my rent DESPITE the total lack of effort on their part.
