I have lived in apartments most of my life and Kenilworth is probably the best one I have ever lived in. The property is beautifully maintained by remarkably quick and thorough maintenance staff. The grounds are always beautfiully manicured. The location is extremely safe. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. For the most part, the population / residents are older, which gives testament to the safety and comfort level here, with some having lived here for over 40 years.
