Kenilworth was the absolute best until Allsatate Management stepped in. The once beautiful grounds are a disgrace. They came in and remodeled the clubhouse without giving one thought as to the useage of the facility and that many of the elderly residents ( which most of us are) can't get in and out of the furniture, its so low AND SILK. This clubhouse is used a lot and the furniture already looks shabby after 1 year. They raise the rents and reduce the services. the hallways are filthy as are the basements. It makes me want to cry. I've lived here so long and now I have no choice but to leave. I'm ashamed to invite my friends from outside here. I'll miss my Kenilworth family. Shame shame on Allstate.

I live at Kenilworth and I think that remodeling the club was a good idea and the baesments are clean thanks to the maintenance,I also enjoy the grounds they look good!You will miss kenilworth once you live some where else!
