I have lived in three different apartments at Mission Valley and I LOVED two of them and the third was very nice. I liked the spacious studios the best for value. So many of the residents are long-timers because the apartments are warm and inviting and feel like home. Yes, the rent goes up every year, but aside from that, you can't get a nicer or prettier location anywhere, with mature trees, beautiful views, and giant sliding glass doors that let ample amounts of sunshine in. Many apartments have cute little patios that are perfect to keep your little pet happy because they are fenced in. If you need to see the sun to stay happy, check these apartments out. I liked my apartment so much and it was so snuggly, that I stayed in TOO much, if that can be a problem. If you have to have NEW everything, these are not the apartments for you, but if you are used to city apartments, and have a need for trees and mostly quiet neighbors and very nice maintenance people and staff, you might like it as much as I did. I felt very safe and was always so happy to return home. Alas, I had to broaden my horizons and moved to the East coast. I miss my little apartment.
