I lived for two years at Mission Valley. The comments about the sewage being in the basement and 18 inches high has to be a total and complete lie. The person who wrote this is making that up. Sewage' 18 inches' The basement of the building I lived in was spotless, well lit and secure. I have two small children who live with me. Their school is located less than a block from the apartments. We spent hours and hours at the pool located on the property. The pool was very well maintained and very very clean. It was secure as well with only residents having access. The location is perfect with access to stores, restaurants and schools. Live here it is great!
