I rented a Studio apartment from Corinth Leasing in Mission Valley Apartments and living in the Apartment was a great experience. It was a cute apartment with quiet neighbors with a great fireplace and awesome shower with never ending hot water. When it came time to renew my 6 month lease the manager (Tracy) claimed that I had signed a 1 yr lease and produced a 1 yrs lease with a forged signature and attempted to continue charging me the rate of a 6 month lease($680) over the course of 1 yr instead of the 1yr rate of $450.
Her attitude was condescending and rude and after arguing with me over this problem I had to take it to Allstate the management company to get a resolution which was to resign a totally new lease. The end result was my moving out because I did not want to continue living in an apartment complex ran by dishonest management.
