Great location, nice apartment WE enjoyed our stay here at Kenilworth. Though a bit more expensive, it's worth paying for because the place is very safe, quiet and the rooms are so big.We're moving to another state so we are leaving this apartment soon.

Big Mistake I have had numerous problems since moving here...ants are a huge problem every spring and summer, very poor response to maintainence requests, deck has holes, rotting wood,peeling paint. Made the mistake of renewing lease after being assured new mgt would fix everything.

Not recommended All four of the Corinth properties have gone severely downhill and people that have lived here for years are fed up and moving out. The management is terrible and the apartments are run down and need a lot of work. The price is too high for what you get and it just keeps going up

Leaving soon!!! We haven't lived here long, but we already know that we are out as soon as our lease is up. The area is great and the facilty is ok, but the management is not good. Also the walls and floors are VERY thin. Our neighbor is so loud that we have a very hard time sleeping
