Beware! Eviction Notices Come From Nowhere...

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Been here almost 2 years - NEVER late with rent. Got an eviction notice threatening legal action and additional fees. RENT WAS ALREADY PAID!!! No phone call, no stop by - just a very uncomplimentary, uninviting eviction notice... Go somewhere else.
