Oh this place SO sucks!!!

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 
Very nasty and old. Takes FOREVER to get a maintance problem taken care of, but DON'T dare call the office, it's not their concern, keep dealing w/ the maintance company. LOUD ghetto neighbors, rude kids, loud kids, things stolen off of back porches, bugs, water problems that get patched over but never fixed.
