The location of this place couldn't be better. However, the neighbors can be less than ideal. I have had to make a call about a domestic situation next door.
We have had a bug problem, and our sliding doors have had to be rehung several times. Overall, the maintenance staff has been punctual and friendly.
The townhouses are a great value, but it is hard to heat and cool the upstairs level. Beware that the furniture in the model home is scaled to make the place look more spacious and the cute mosiac tile florring is "only available in some units." They won't tell you that until you move in and are disapointed.
If you come home late at night, parking may be a problem and I don't feel real safe walking around here alone at night! Police are constantly cruising through, but for good reason.
