I dont know if I can put into words in this little space how horrible this place is.

When I showed up on my move in date the place was trashed, not cleaned, just disgusting. I had to scrub the plce for 3 days and clean the carpets myself to get it to be acceptable.

If they tell you the apartments were "newly remodeled" then beware. They were remodeled YEARS ago and it shows.

I have cracks in the walls, burned kitchen counter tops, a major draft problem due to the doors not being hung level, cracked caulk all over in the bathroom, a stained bathtub...etc. I could go on and on and on.

Also, when I first moved in there were bugs crawling around that I couldn't identify. I took care of that too since they couldn't.

They constantly enter my apartment without notifying me which wouldnt be a problem but their maintenance staff has a theft problem so I dont appreciate them being in there without my knowledge.

The walls are paper thin so I can always hear neighbors coming and going. There is also trains going by every hour on the hour which is not the aparments fault but I thought you should know because they are very disruptive.

The parking is horrible and given the HIGH level of crime it is quite scarry walking 3 blocks to my apartment with no lights or security measures.

The office staff is trash and they are all rude and uncooperative. They would rather spend more time defending their poor performance than just doing it right.

The rent is cheap but for what I got the rent should be much cheaper.

The ONLY good thing is the location.
