Okay but not worth what they are charging

These apartments are not as nice as they should be for the price. The parking is awful. I always felt lucky when I found a space near my building and did not have to walk across the street. You have to call maintenance at least 3 times before they will come out. The walls are not too thick or maybe it was my neighbors were noisy. I am not sure which. The lady across the hall would yell at her kids and we could hear it above the television. Then the neighbor next to us would have parties at all times of the night and the music would vibrate through the walls. The bathrooms are tiny. They don?t even have cabinets. (I knew about this when I moved in obviously but I didn?t really think it would make much of a difference but it did). There are always kids playing and riding bikes in the street and they will walk in front of a car like they don?t care. Obviously no place is perfect so if you are willing to live with everything I mentioned above plus pay more than you should then these are good apartments for you.
