The day I moved in a resident that was in the office told me to be sure to check the heating/cooling system and pluming well cause there are always problems. I should have left then.
It was true. My tub has a constant drip that maint has come to fix but the drip always returns after a day or two. Also I moved in during the winter and my heater would heat 10-15 degrees above what the thermostat told it to even after maint gave me a new thermo stat. So I would be warm almost hot for about 5 min after the heater kicked off and then freeze until it kicked on again. All the drafts through the windows and door didn't help either.
My gas bills were astronomical! and I was freezing!. I was told by maint that the door draft was because people don't take care of the property and the doors have been kicked in too much. I didn't want to know why.
Now that it is warmer my A/C doesn't really work. It has the same problem as the heater. Plus, with all the rain and humidity my carpet and apt always feels wet and sticky.
Their fitness room doesn't have much and only half of what they have works at any given time.
My neighbors are also a problem. The ones across the hall are creepy and always seem to be watching me and following me to the parking lot in a stalker sort of way. some other neighbor have decided that the front lawn is their personal ashtray. And yet some others think that they should keep their trash on their balcony so that the wild cats can jump up there and drag the trash all over the grounds.
My fiancee is afraid for me to stay here by myself and I have to agree. I am thanking my lucky stars that I am moving out soon. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
