Apartments are small, staff is not helpful, maintence not fast, they put your monthly water and rent bill on outside door handle which never stays put, thin walls, noisy neighbors, rent too high for what you get, workout room and pool NOT safe to be past dark, stairs are a joke - metal and unsafe.
