AWFUL, HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING PLACE TO LIVE!

This apartment complex is horrible. We had a bathtub that would take all day to drain. We called maintenance expecting this to be taken care of, but never was. eventually it got so bad that everything from the kitchen sink would run into our bathtub (disgusting!) and the ceiling began falling in. Luckily, we were getting ready to move out at this point. I called maintenance five times over a span of about three weeks and they never once came out to fix it. Well, they did leave a note to let us know they had been in our apartment one day (unannounced, unsupervised and with no explanation for why they were there) but apparently didn't see the problem b/c the condition of the bathroom never changed and never got fixed.

On the day we moved out, it was so bad that the ceiling was sagging and the toilet seat was brown, mildewed and cracked from all of the water that had dripped on it.

People are right about the workout facility, tanning bed and pool. They are dirty, the equipment never works, and I never felt safe by myself, even during the day. I was going to brave the tanning bed, until I discovered there was no cleaning solution for it. I went back on several occasions and found the same thing...an empty spray bottle that was supposed to be the cleaner. I don't think that would pass health inspection.

There is quite a bit of noise, but my main concern were the domestic disturbances that occured there. Cops regularly patrol the area (if that tells you anything)and we were witnesses to several altercations. Someone was shot about 50 yards from our apartment in the office parking lot.

We had to be careful everytime we took our dogs outside b/c there were stray dogs running around on several occasions, and our neighbor had a rottweiler that would lunge & growl at our dogs if they were out at the same time. The LITTLE GIRL that always had him out could barely hold him back. I was so worried that I would immediately pull our dogs back inside. For your safety and the safety of your pets, find an apartment building that doesn't allow aggressive breeds.

There is trash ALL OVER the complex. You have to be very careful when driving through the complex. Children play in the street, unsupervised, and will run out or ride their bike/skateboard out in front of you without a second thought.

I would never in a million years recommend these apartments. They may be cheaper than some other places, but pay the extra money for a much better place to live.
