This apartment complex is not perfect but at a resonable price it is a decent place to live. The location is good because I work in Johnson Couny and my fiance works in North Kansas city. I don't think I would feel comfortable living by myself here but keep my doors locked when I'm alone and no one bothers me. We've lived there for 2 months and like it so far. Maintenance is a little questionable and, like most apartments, you have to insist things get done today or they'll take longer. But they have come through and fixed things. Our heater and A/C work well, which is a nice change from my previous apartment. The new Price Chopper across the street is handy and it's very close to the Plaza.
