It's Terrible!!

This complex has a horrible mgmt staff. They treat everyone wretchedly.The utilities are unbelievibley expensive. Nothing ever gets fixed. You have to pay for every amenity(all the amenities suck, they are dirty, broken, or locked up 99% of the time .All of the stores in the neighborhood are icky and the employees are grumpy.I would break my lease if i could afford it. Sirens go at all hours of the night. Car windows are broken frequently. I am miserable here. The office is never open. The drop box for rent is on the outside of the building and gets stolen a lot. Their late fee's, like say your rent was one of the stolen ones, are absurd, I paid 150 dollars, three days after the first. It didn't matter that the first was a saturday, the office was closed on sun and the following mon due to holiday. No matter the emergency of what's broken; air conditioner, heater, toilet, shower, it won't get fixed. I could call everyday and no one would come in for a month. Mgmt has hung up on me! I am a great resident, no noise, always on time(except the once)tidy, and respectful.I feel exploited, manipulated and neglected by living here. My locks were changed once, and i wasn't notified! I was locked out of my apartment without notice! I had to call a locksmith and pay to get inot my apt. The mgmt finally apologized for the mistake, but didn't reimburse me! I wouldn't wish this complex on my worst enemy.
