I have lived here for a year and I am getting ready to move out. Overall, this place hasn't been horrible, but there are many things that I don't like. We have ants, our windows and doors are drafty so we added caucking, the neighbor is soo loud, the parking is impossible after 7pm, maitenance will fix about half of what you ask for, the rent stuck in the door flies away, there is trash all over the lawn and toys all over the lawn, I would never walk outside by myself or keep my door unlocked, and the pool and gym are never clean. However, I have not seen spiders, had my car window broken in or had problems with management, like other people have. I am happy to leave Roeland Park and move back to my suburbia.
