The office staff is nice when you are signing your lease, but after that they could care less if you are satisfied. The lease has many clauses built in to assure that they can do basically whatever they want and get as much money from you as possible. It's upsetting to know I signed into a living arrangement like this. Nothing has been like I was told it would be when I signed my lease. My recommendation is that you run the other direction as fast as you can!
