okay, if anyone here is like me, i get a GREAT deal on my apartment. i only pay 629 for a 2 bedroom townhome. to all the people on here that complain about roaches... NEWSFLASH, if ur a filthy person, ur gonna have roaches. ive never had any problems with bugs. ive lived here for almost 3 years now, and i can tell you that the office staff is better than ever, and that yes, in the past, there were some chicks in there that were... less than stellar, but thats not the case anymore. if u want perfection, expect to pay more. if you want an apartment that is in an awesome location, for a very affordable price, this IS the place to live. Ive never had any maintenance issues that werent resolved in an appropriate amount of time. if its not THAT important, they arent going to rush over, but thats fine, they get it done, and thats all that matters. the people on here that complained obviously have expectations that these people that work there are going to take care of them like mommy and daddy did, and theyre not, its not their job to. Grow up and realize that u get what u pay for. And at the Boulevard, your getting a lot for very little. Overall, i would highly reccommend this property to anyone, and i HAVE reccomended it to lots of people. My sister, and my best friends sister now live here as well.

so what you liveed in wyandotte? this is joco it is expected to be better that is why we are here. they are horrible and lie. maybe you are just a lucky one or have low standards. I don't on the other hand so whatever.

i used to live in a better part of johnson county for a lot less and it still rated higher than this place...and news flash -> they are getting paid to do their job..not sit on their lazy butts and ----- at every comment made. every encounter i have had with the staff they have been snappy - even when i asked them if they could come drill a peep hole. i agree...you have really low standards or you poop sunshine.
