I had nothing but problems with this apartment complex. The day I moved in I got the run around and it continued the entire time I lived there. Maintenance requests took forever to fix, the office staff is rude and incompetent. I waited two months for them to fix the washer and dryer that were supplied with the aparment and at least two weeks to fix a simple leaking faucet on the tub. The maintenance staff did nothing to melt ice on the sidewalks and I witnessed several people slip and fall. When I moved out we had to move everything across sheets of ice on the sidewalks. Also there is always trash all over the place. People would just throw trash out onto the street. If you do decide to live here you better document everything from move in to move out because they will lie and keep your deposit. They will try to charge you for things that you noted on your move in sheet. So be very careful and document everything exactly.
