This apartment complex is the most horribly run, nasty, dirty place you could ever live in. They are the optiomy of "slum lords." We have lived here for a little over a year and have had nothing but problems. Nothing ever gets fixed yet the maintenence has been in our apartment THREE TIMES IN ONE DAY just to find things come up missing later. Our air conditioner has never worked. Our first day moving here, we took off work, got a trailer, and showed up at 9AM only to find out that our apartment was not ready and we had to take another day off work and pay for another day with the trailer. I had to call the city on the Boulevard because there was a flooded basement with stagnent water that animals started to come out off. The water was at the bottom of a stairwell for over a month and they were finally fined by the city. Checks have been stolen out of the office before, and this month ours was stolen. Instead of letting us know we found out by an eviction letter on our door. This is after NEVER being late on the rent in 16 months. After every problem I have called the parent company Nolan Real Estates numerous times and NO ONE has EVER called me back. This is the most horrible renting situation I have ever been in in my life. I would never recommend anyone moving in to this hell hole. The staff here are the most unhelpful rude people I have ever met. The amenities are terrible. The buildings are falling appart and you will get no help EVER!!
