Oh my god, where to start, where to start! First of all things begin with the management company, when they dont care you cant expect much from the office. I have tried to contact this so called fabouls company Nolan several times and apparently a supervisor to the slutty looking manager doesnt exist. Seriously what kind of professional company lets their manager and leasing agents where mini skirts and 6 inch leather heals!! They now have uniforms, wich is better but i cant get the vision of the steletos out of my head, i dont know why i rented here. Well actually i do recall. The model was really nice and it was on special for $629. If i knew then what my gas bill would be i could have afforded a hundred dollars more for a nice place! Seriously $300-400 in the winter becuase the windows and doors are sooo old and drafty-does the office care''' NO-they wont even send maint. out to do anything, they are just old, try to cover them is what i was told. They aparently dont have a maint. staff anyway, this place is a rovolving door for employees and every month there is a new staff who blames everything on the old staff. If i get one more freaking eviction notice because of a balance less than $5 i can seriously going to loose it! I am never late on my rent and they are always messing up with the water charges --oh ya something that got left out when I moved in. I had no idea i was going to be expected to pay $50-65 A MONTH for water and waste water, that was a shocker- again i could have afforded a nice place with those costs! If you ever check the KC Star, Nolan has ads like it is going out of style-$500 to $1000 sign on bonus and everything! It looks like they cant pay enough to get people to work for them, a sign that they are a horrible company no doubt! My question- if someone is trying to hire and why can someone return my calls'''!!! Becuase they dont care at all!!
