First and foremost the apartments are poorly cleaned upon moving in, they so "kindly" repainted my place by painting over the dog hair from the previous renter that collected along the base boards. The outside stairs are made of metal, so everytime someone walks on them, it vibrates the adjoining wall. They turned off our water a few times for maintence reasons and never gave any notice as to when and how long, so we had to find out by turning on a facuet with no water. Parking is worse than any other apartment complex. They told me that the lines were going to be repainted in the lots, and that never happened, so people were double parked every night and you will park a block away from your place if you get home past 8. Snow and ice removal was great ONLY by the office, but the rest of the place was an ice rink. The new management is a joke. It took 5 days for them to do a ten minute job of reconnecting a loose sink stopper in the bathroom. It also took maintenance numerous times to fix the same thing like a clogged toilet that caused problems for other tenants. My rent every month was between $598-$605 with water included. For some reason, I owed an extra $80 on my last month, and since I was arguing about the extra money, they added fines on to that. None of the employees working at the front office are correctly informed on their policies and procedures, upon talking to other residents we found many decrepencies in they way they handled things. I turned in my 60 day notice in an envelope with my rent (the rent was actually inside the folded notice, so somebody had to have opened it to get my rent check out), and that notice was "never recieved" according the the property manager. I found the new management very unprofessional, and didnt care about the residents, only themselves. I would STRONGLY suggest you look elsewhere before considering this place.

I agree to the parking situation and that is irritating but for $500 a month I cant really complain. You get what you pay for.

everything said is how it has been for me. I use a nice couch on my patio and they fined me for it. They said it wasn't proper outdoor furniture. Who are they to say what is outdoor furniture. It is your space you pay for it so why can't we use it the way we want to.
