The place to where i live has rediculious rules regarding items on the balcony. One would say the furniture is inside and you might use it only as outside furniture. They are rude people that work there except for one person. I do not recommend that this be a place to move into. I have only been here a couple of months and the fact that they do not follow up on there promises made have already encouraged me to leave. There rent is overpriced when it comes to the lack of service they do.
