My wife and I have been living here at The Boulevard for the past year. I would not tell anyone to live here. The office stuff is always rude. You can never get a hold of anyone. We have had one of our cars broken into, the police are here a few nights a week. The only places at The Boulevard the look nice are up by the front and down by the office. There is a lot of pothole though out the grounds. That the stuff at The Boulevard tells you that it's not their problem to fix. As well for the mail boxes, they are not that hard to get into without a key, they don't have any shelter over them at all. I am glad that our lease is oh most up. So we can get the hell out of this place.
