Lets start by saying that yes parking is horrible, but i lived in a upscale one bedroom for $825 & it was no different. I called about my ac unit not working the other day & guess what they fixed it the next day. I also had to call one night @ around midnight because of the tub wouldn't shut off...you guessed it they were out with in 2 hours. I haven't seen the police here every night maybe once or twice a week but they are usually just sitting in their cars. I pay on time so i haven't to deal with the staff, maintenece guys are friendly enough. I don't have a problem with the noise other then when my downstairs neighbors are fighting & someone slams the dorr a half dozen times. I just don't understand why you all are posting things I have never seen or dealt with here. I would have no problem telling someone to stay here. By the way I have been here a year & just resigned for one of the new redesigned apts.

Umm, just because i have a different view point doesn't mean i have to work for them. Have either of you even walked through the new apartments yet? I wanted to see what I was getting before I renewed & they look dam good, but with the good must come the bad, my rent is going up.

I believe that the apartments themselves are not that bad but you are paying for other things like your vehicle getting vandalized (which can't really get away from) and only 90% of the staff is are unfriendly after you sign your lease. Maintenence requests only take a short 2 or 3 months to get done. So jeez guys, like newkcrenter said...the good comes with the bad.

I can't imagine what you think is "upscale" if you think any apartment at the Boulevard is upscale. If you really don't work for the company and you're telling the truth in your review - then you're the luckiest person in Kansas City. This place is a pit, my old apartment is a serious health risk from the mold it developed and the bugs that came into the place from all the holes in the drywall they cut and didn't repair to re-warm my pipes (because they didn't turn on the drip for my washer like they were supposed to - and no, I couldn't do it b/c the stupid thing was now behind my washer where they had to cut out of the decaying mess of the old one after trying to tell me for two months it was my washer leaking) and from having to rehang my closet bar THREE times. Hello, can anyone say incompetent? (no, I didn't have too many clothes on there unless you consider 6 shirts too many - the idiots didn't secure it properly and braced it on drywall instead of a stud - more than once!)
