I've lived here for several years and cannot wait to get out. Never had a problem with the office until the only lady who treated you like a human (Tracy) left. It used to be a good, convenient place to live and yes the rent is not too expensive but believe me, spend some extra bucks and save yourself the hassle. I've kept track of everything they have screwed me over the years and can't see why there are any GOOD reviews on here. Got an idea they are 'trying' to raise their rating by posing as happy residents. No one is extatic enough about the place to get on here and back the apartment up unless they are getting paid.
