I moved in the month of october. The promo sounded awesome. If I could go back rethink this decisions. I read rent rating and everything that is been said except for noisey complaints have been true. THE ULITITIES ARE EXTREMELY HIGH I HAVE A $250 GAS BILL temp on 60 and I gone most of the day. Well I initally signed the lease I was one price for rent but because disorganization my rent amount of changed and also had to repeating given information because leasing agent misplaced and then act it was my fault. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ask complainted out the cold draft I have which part of the reason my gas bill sky high but they dont even care and want address any my issue and concern but want their money. DONT LIVE HEAR THERE WAY BETTER APARTMENTS CHEAPER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER I SPENDING 200 DOLLAR HERE THEN THE APARTMENT I LEFT RENTERS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE EXSPECIALLY SINGLE MOTHERS ON BUDGET THEY DONT CARE IF YOU CANT FEED YOUR KID THEY WANT YOU PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME THEY DONT NEGOLIATE REGARDLESS OF SITUATION YOU WILL BE PENALIZED IF YOU ARE LATE.
Im so glad I moved out I have notificed Channel 5 Investigative report to research this website and investigate The Boulevard THEY ARE A RIP OFF! RENTER SEARCHING PLEASE DONT THINK CURRENT RENTER ARE JUST SAYING THIS WE ARE REALLY WANT PROSPECTIVE TAKE THIS COMMENT LIKELY MY THEORY IS IF YOU SEE THE SAME OVER AND OVER OR HEAR THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER MAY IT TRUE. THINK ABOUT IT WE ARE CURRENTLY IN A RECESSION AND SAVING MONEY IT VERY CRITICAL PLEASE DONT STAY HERE THEY WILL TAKE U FOR EVERYTHING U GOT AND NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT U OR YOUR FAMILY. IF U CURRENTLY LEASING WHEN THE LEASE IS DONE RUN AND RUN FAST.

I hated living here. These are the most horrible people on the planet. They don't care that you have drafty window, air conditioner that's broke, no hot water and your bills will be high because of the lack of insulation. They will not help insulate or cover your windows but there are places that will give you the stuff you need to do it yourself. Make an effort to bring your utilities down under control. They aren't going to help you. Go somewhere elses. OK, don't get me wrong, these people suck but when you sign a contract you agree to those terms. If they messed it up, make the correct it before you sign it. If it's wrong don't sign especially if the rent price changed from what you agreed upon. Once signed you are obligated to make that payment on time. No they don't care that you can't feed your kid and yes they do want their money and on time. You agreed to the penalties when you signed that contract. If you don't like it leave, and face the consequence of breaking a lease or stick it out.

I totally agree. I am a single mother and and had the misfortune of living here. The noise, the trains, the lack of maintenance, the extremely high utility bills- the shoddy workmanship in the units themselves, these are just the projects with some pretty paint on. New appliances, paint and a dog walk does not make up for the poor management, false advertising, and basic all around bad ethics on the Nolan CO. I lost my job and gave them all the money I had to catch up on rent, but they made it impossible with the inflated late charges, billing me dang near the same as a months rent. This went on for months with me giving my last to keep a roof over my head, and they still proceeded with eviction and outrageous late fees. where I once owed 800 in back rent, it is now up to over 3 grand due to late fees and penalties. These people wont work with you and are scammers to the nth power!
