Of all the complaints of this place, business ethics is the biggest one. We signed a 6 month lease (Thank God!) and stayed an extra month. Contract stipulates market rent plus $100 for off-contract lease. Yet market rent changes month to month, and additional charges for water and trash and pet rent are added. Our bill "blew off" the door on a windy day so we went to the office to get the amount we owed. They told us a smaller amount than we were expecting, but we paid it. 10 days later they gave us an eviction notice and stated we had 2 days to pay the rest of the rent pluss $120 in late fees. When we contacted them, and told them the issue, the office manager said it was our fault for not paying the right amount when WE knew what it should have been. She dropped half the late fee because of confusion stating she was being more than fair. Even after reporting it to the Better Business Bureau, queen office manager refuses to drop late fees! She claimed we were given the wrong amount in the office because of a computer glitch, yet it's our fault because we should have known better than to trust what her staff told us we owed. Other annoyances and aggravations: leaky tub that was continually fixed throughout our stay, still dripping the day we moved out. Frozen pipes to washer every time temp dropped below 30 degrees. Noisy neighbors especially dogs barking for hours, surrounded by apartments with dogs trying to tear down their doors to attack us as we walked past to our own apartment. Lack of parking places. Shoddy repairs and craftsmanship. We even had a newly renovated apartment! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Im so glad I moved out I have notificed Channel 5 Investigative report to research this website and investigate The Boulevard THEY ARE A RIP OFF! RENTER SEARCHING PLEASE DONT THINK CURRENT RENTER ARE JUST SAYING THIS WE ARE REALLY WANT PROSPECTIVE TAKE THIS COMMENT LIKELY MY THEORY IS IF YOU SEE THE SAME OVER AND OVER OR HEAR THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER MAY IT TRUE. THINK ABOUT IT WE ARE CURRENTLY IN A RECESSION AND SAVING MONEY IT VERY CRITICAL PLEASE DONT STAY HERE THEY WILL TAKE U FOR EVERYTHING U GOT AND NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT U OR YOUR FAMILY. IF U CURRENTLY LEASING WHEN THE LEASE IS DONE RUN AND RUN FAST.
