All the negative things that have been posted here are true. I had lived in the complex for almost a year when it came time to renew my lease. I was a little wary about renewing as I had already had problems with them. When I first moved in I could get a total of 3 minutes of hot water to take a shower. After weeks of calling and asking for someone to come fix it I finally gave up and fixed it myself. The only reason I stayed for another year was because they are one of the few complexes that accept dogs over 20 pounds. When I resigned and recieved my first bill I was shocked to see that the amount quoted was nowhere near what was billed. I called and spoke to a completley incompetant staff member. She basically told me because I didnt remember the name of who I spoke to when I renewed I was out of luck. They had raised the rent over $100.00 a month from the previous year. They claim that the reason behind it was because of there so called renovations. My apartment hasnt been updated in the slightest. I still have a old airconditioner that will not cool my upstairs at all. It is usually 90 degrees plus. They dont care. Once they get you to sign they just stop returning phone calls. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for another call back from someone to explain why things are like they are. Words cannot explain just how bad this place is. I could go on and on with other problems. Do your self a favor and dont move in here unless its your only option left. Id rather live in my ca than here. Atleast it would be cooler.

when your lease is up try the wellington club they accept all pets, pay all utilities expect electric and they will fix anything with in a day or two, and they are just off of lamar not too much farther than where you are. The rent is resonalbe as well.

Wellington...seriously just moved from there windows were leaking and had MOLD all over my window seals. Then ---- roaches all over and no one ever answers the phone to report anything.
